Trollstigen and Atlantarhavsvegen are the places lots of people are talking about.
However, I you feel like slowing down and actually see something rather than merely checking the boxes on the bucket list, I would like to chime in with a couple of suggestions.
If you are aiming for the Atlanterhavs vegen, which you pass in 15 min, on the way to it (proceeding northbound) you pass the city of Molde.
If the weather is decent, there is a great place to have lunch with a view.
Here is a general view of the area.
The Trollstigen road is Blue (and closed beyond the visitor center on the top) and Atlanterhavsvegen is Pink.
The Molde view point with a modest restaurant is the #1 point.
And this is the view of the city of Molde:
The road that leads up to it is gravel for the last 5 min, but in good condition and may easily driven on road tyres.
The #2 point is an old Fishing village, well worth visiting if time permits. To get to it you need to travel with two ferries. The ferries are of decent size and runs often enough to where you don't worry about the timetable..
A couple of shots from Veiholmen...
