Trouble transferring routes

I've read the manual,but am no wiser especially since I'm a bit of a techno phobe.

Sometimes when I transfer a route from my laptop to my device it often deletes the one I've just transferred previously.

What am I doing wrong ?

Any advice,wisecracks, or chastising accepted in good faith

not certain about this as I haven't used it for a while but I think you may need to transfer all the routes at the same time or they overwrite the first one?? I may be wrong though

It should not overwrite the existing routes. Where are you looking for the new routes? Some 660s will put them straight into "custom routes" others into " my data". If they go into the my data file you need to import them by opening the "My data" file and selecting import routes and the the route or routes to import.

There is a maximum number of routes but the device will tell you if you have too many.
