Trying to find my saved basecamp routes on my Nav V

Sorry to trouble all you Nav V experts but, unfortunately, I'm not one of you. This is my 2nd play with Basecamp and I've loaded a few routes and saved them to my Nav V but I don't know how to access them! Some basic instructions with the Nav V would have been useful but that didn't happen. I've tried all the icons and drop downs I can find but I'm sure I've missed something simple. Help Please!

Thanks for the answer.
I've just searched (and also used Help) to try and find "my data" or "custom routes" tabs but to no avail.
Any pointers will be much appreciated.

Are you saying you can't find the 'Custom Routes' or 'My Data' icons at all?

Correct.
My "Where to" gives me "go home"; BMW motorrad; address; petrol stations; restaurants; towns; personalise but no "custom routes".
I'm inside with no GPS signal but I'd expect to still access my routes.

Ok... down to the right of the screen there should be a white arrow pointing down.. pressing this should take you to more icons, one should be 'Custom Routes' look there to see if your routes are showing..

you dont go in the where to dept! go to apps , trip planner and from there if loaded correctly it will spring up "new trips found" open that which will list the files you have uploaded, this will place them on the nav .. hope that helps

Hi Sleepy.
To the right of my "where to" icons I have three other "boxes" labelled categories; favourites and history.
None of them get me to my routes either.
When my Nav V is connected to basecamp I can see the files there on my Nav V memory card.

Hi DC.
I tried your suggestion but no "new trips found" appeared!
As I said earlier, the files appear on the memory card when viewing it on Basecamp.
I'll try again!

Ok.. change of plan, I thought the Nav V was a badged version of the Zumo 660, try what DC suggests go into 'Apps' then 'Trip Planner'

I've discovered that it was "tracks" and not "routes" I had saved (whatever the difference is I don't know, yet).
I've now loaded actual routes but no improvement - I see them all on basecamp (on the Nav V memory card) but still no "new trips found"!
I'll persevere meanwhile.

I've just found something interesting!
While in "trip planner" I pressed the 3 horizontal white lines in the top left hand corner and I got access to an "import" button which loaded my routes.
