PreTT classic race coverage just started on manx radio AM.

If you are roaming (and have not signed up to) you get charged to recieve and make calls.

One TT i wrongly assumed it was part of the UK and used my phone as normal, the following month a got an EXTRA £90 ontop of my phone bill.

It is free to sign-up for European calls, it costs £2 a day to use you phone as normal, everyone already gas your number, you phone is locked to your contract provider anyway so you may not be able to just put a manx tel or sure sim in it and use it.

I have a Nokia Lumia that was O2 UK and now has Manx Telecom PAYG Sim in it. The set was locked to O2 so could not be used for Sure. Local phone unlocker said that my phone could be unlocked but it would cost £25 and some memory might be lost.Sure Shop said that their PAYG Sims work in any unlocked phone.

A break in the Rain Today gave me the opportunity to get 3 Laps in. Did well seeing that RTA's shut Road at Glen Helen and 3 Times on the Mountain during the Day.
