Hi, I have just aquired a set of street panniers and can't see why they won't lock on, it's as though the point were they are supported by the rear footrest hanger is not low enough or far enough forwards, this leaves a gap between the rail and the panier fixing and the lock mechanism when sit in the recess on the under side of the rail, what am I doing wrong?
