Mrs Bravo and I are planning a weekend break in Turin,we're nipping over the border from our base in France and was wondering if anyone could recommend interesting places to visit in the city.
We're there mid afternoon Saturday till late afternoon Sunday.

We'll be exploring on foot.

There's plenty of Italian job scene's to find; not to mention the rooftop test track for Fiat; depending if it's still there and you can view it; do a bit of research then give yourself a few days. (y)

Unfortunately we're only there for the two days but thanks for the heads up.

1. Explore the Museo Egizio
Home to the largest collection of Egyptian antiquities outside of Cairo, this museum is a must-see. Summer visits are perfect for escaping the afternoon heat while wandering through the intact Tomb of Kha and Merit or the striking Temple of Ellesyia. [1, 2, 3]
2. Scale the Mole Antonelliana
This soaring landmark is the heart of Turin's skyline and houses the National Museum of Cinema. Take the glass elevator to the top of the 167.5m spire for panoramic summer views of the city and the distant Alps. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
3. Stroll Through Parco del Valentino
Turin’s most popular riverside park is ideal for summer. Wander the shaded paths, explore the quirky Borgo Medievale (a recreated medieval village), and relax by the fountains. [1]
4. Wander the Quadrilatero Romano
This historic Roman quarter comes alive in the summer. By day, browse independent boutiques and upmarket vintage shops; by night, the cobblestone streets fill with locals dining al fresco. [1, 2, 3, 4]
5. Relax in Piazza Vittorio Veneto
One of Europe's largest public squares provides an unbeatable setting for an evening aperitivo. Sit at an outdoor café, enjoy a classic Italian spritz, and gaze toward the Po River and the hilltop Basilica di Superga.[1, 2]
6. Visit the Royal Palace of Turin
Once the seat of the Savoy dynasty, the complex includes the opulent palace, the Royal Armory, and the tranquil Giardini Reali (Royal Gardens), which are beautifully manicured during the summer months. [1, 2]
7. Taste a Traditional Bicerin
Turin’s signature summer and winter drink is the Bicerin—a decadent, layered mix of espresso, chocolate, and whole milk. Stop by historic cafés like Caffè Al Bicerin to sip this iconic local favorite in a period setting.[1, 2, 3]
8. Shop at Porta Palazzo Market
Explore Europe's largest open-air market to experience local life. It is the perfect place to pick up fresh summer fruits, cheeses, and regional produce in a bustling atmosphere. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
9. Discover the Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile
A tribute to Turin’s heritage as the capital of the Italian auto industry. Car enthusiasts can view over 150 historic vehicles, ranging from vintage steam-powered carriages to sleek Formula 1 race cars. [1]
10. Take a Day Trip to the Basilica di Superga
Ride the historic rack railway up the hill to this 18th-century basilica. The summer weather provides clear, breathtaking views over the entire city and the surrounding Alpine peaks. [1]
