Anyone know how I can turn off the ABS more permanently? Is there a fuse I could pull or something??

I want to use the ABS on the street, however when off road, its a real PITA having to hold down the ABS button every time I switch the bike on and off.

Is it really that much of a PITA, mate? I'm afraid I don't know, 'cos I didn't bother with all the ABS gubbins, but it doesn't sound like much hassle to me. :nenau

yeah it is, the number of times I turn the bike on or off, its a real PITA!

Unless your stopping for a long time (pie eating etc :D ) then why not just use the kill switch to stop the engine. Don't think the ABS resets unless you turn it off with the key.

You are correct, I just dont want to leave the ignition on with the headlight on when the engine is not running. I gues my alternative is to fit a kill sqitch to the headlights.

Don't hold the button down when you turn the bike off. That will cut the PITA incidents down by 50%.

:D Sorry, couldn't resist.
