I'm planning to convert my 1100 to twin main lights

Many ta's

I'm abroad at the moment so can't go out and check it, but from what I recall the TT conversion just plugs into the existing connector so there's no rewiring as such. I'm still a bit suspicious about this because presumably the current loading on the switch is quite a bit more but mine hasn't burned out yet. Which is more than I can say for the silvering on the glass/plastic :(

It looks like i got the Wunderlich version of twin headlights with my GS. And they sure make better light than stock headlight did on my previous 1100 with +50% H7 halogen in it!

So i'd vote for the twin headlights for better visibility - double power! :thumb

Alternative is you can use auxillary lights - Hella etc.

Don't have any wiring for it though... But shouldn't it be easy job - just take the stock light's cable and plug it on to twin headlights while mounting it? :nenau

I'm making my own rig. I used to have the Touratech kit and you are right. Just plug in and presto!!
Could you take a look for me how is the wiring done?

Cheers, Yosi
