The CS, I think they are the original ones on there. I will have to ask Tetley when he comes back from his Grand Tour. I had a long ride through the peaks the other day and while she performed OK, I am sure the suspension could be tuned to make it more compliant and less bone shakey! Maybe it is just me setting it up wrong, I don't know about these things, it sounds very complicated. I set and forget and don't even change it for when Anna gets on the back, which seems much better than when I ride it solo.
So my question to you twin shock, airhead, Riding Gods is what is the way forward please? Any suggestions to good suspension improvements? Hagon apparently are 'satisfactory' but 'variable in quality' is what one class ic racing bod told me. He has put Nitron on his race bike but hasn't used them before so he is still finding out how good they are, or not. I am not after racing shocks, I want/need good, road manners on less than good road surfaces. I don't know what was happening on that Peak ride but I know I was bouncing around all over the place, so maybe they are just set up too hard?
