Twin spark recall?

Just rec'vd a letter from my BMW dealer for a mod for my 5 month old bike.
"In some cases the ignition signal can sometimes interfere with the oxygen sensor signal causing the bike to misfire briefly."
Anyone had this?

I think they need to whip the tank off to complete it. Took SPC about 20 minutes.

Mine was done last week at it's first service. They rerouted a cable I believe.

Recently had same re-call done,mine was on a adventure and rear brake line was also changed for a longer one as there has been a reported case of the line splitting due to the longer travel on the Adv
