My daughter’s ipod Nano and its associated itunes library is installed on my PC.
I understand that if I went out and bought my own ipod and connected to the same PC all the songs in my daughter’s library would be copied into my ipod. Similarly, I guess, any songs I put into the library would be copied onto her Nano too.
As much as I love my daughter I cannot stand the thought of Black Eyed Peas taking up valuable disk space on my ipod, whilst I am sure she won’t want the Grateful Dead clogging up hers.
(A) Is it possible to create two separate itunes libraries, each associted with its specific ipod, on the same PC? If so, how?
(B) If it is possible to create two different libraries on one PC. Would each library recognise its 'own' ipod on its connection and update automaticaly? If not, how should I go about it?
Thanks for any help.
Richard
