I have one works a treat can also be bike powered, and can support an external aerial which is very useful. Also worth a look here http://www.intaride.com/motorcycle_comms.html

Same price for Radio, So no rush with Ebay and service from these guys is good.

Also you may find that the radio is in high power mode should you get it, but if not you can try this..

turn off the radio
press and hold the PTT and set buttons
While holding the above, switch the unit on. it will beep 3 times. its power settings are now unlocked

Now, While holding the PTT button press the up arrow and the power meter will go up. this gives 0.5w,1w and 2w output.

Saw your TK3101's on a different thread. I may be interested in them if you stillhave them. Any idea what shipping to London would be?
