I have just got my Metzeler Tourance's via a good company in Germany- I love new tyres and seeing as I have to wait a few days to fit them I have decided to use tyre paint to fill in the METZELER TOURANCE lettering- which I think looks good, but the paint I am using is in an aluminium pen (like a touch-up pen)- made by YAMAYO... but one pen that costs £5 only does one side- meaning it will cost me £20 to paint em all in... does anyone know of a cheaper tyre paint that is robust and comes in greater amounts at a better price? Is tyre paint not cool?- tyre paint feedback appreciated

If you really must then MandP.com do tyrepaint pens in white, red, blue, green, yellow, gold and silver for £3.49 a pop. They also do a tin of gloss black tyre paint if you want to go the whole hog. Take my advice - don't bother. It's so last season

you will wear it off on your first off road section. its also:ymca

After all that hard work, pain stakingly painting the letters in one my metzelers- it all cracked off once the tyre had been fitted and inflated- looks erm...great now :(
