Is it possible to change the tyre pressure readout (in the gauge panel) to read in psi rather than bar pressure? Maybe I'm just old but I can't adapt to using anything other than psi!

Stu.

It's not so much the numbers, I always check with a gauge for correct pressure, but the alarm you get when it drops below settings....

Then just deactivate the RDC in the settings menu, like you would have to if you lowered the pressure to do offroad.

Having forgotten to ask the dealer to change it I have now got used to seeing it in bar

would imagine it works then. cheers was waiting for that before pulling the trigger.......:beerjug:

Handy device to have. Since I got the software update about a month ago I've had a few ABS errors. I've done 5000klms since then in remote areas and was glad to have it with me to delete the errors and work out what's going on.

Having said that, I'm looking at getting a Texa Navigator at some point.

Not cheap, they are a professional tool for dealers. https://www.texa.com/products/navigator-txb-evolution

They are about $2800 AUD but you need to buy a subscriptions to get updates. Does far more than the GS911.

You can do bike software updates if you can get a subscription from BMW but can't imagine they would let a non dealer buy it.
