I can give you a definitive answer from my experience...
I have a 57 1200GSA.
I have the TPS option
I put Ultraseal in the tyres
I had no problems getting it in (although was slower going through probably due to the sensor)
Sensors worked perfectly, saw the sensors when changing to TKC80s and could see no problems (other than the operative snapping one of the fcukers off which was then replaced at their expense!)
I almost took out an ultraseal franchise as I like it so much (but didn't have the time to do anything with it)
This is my experience with 1 bimmer & 2 tyres TPS wheels.
That's the sort of feedback I had anticipated Gareth - but I guess the possibility of screwing-up the sensors depends on the design of the pressure sensor itself!
Is the sensor a pressure 'bulb' like in an manometer or altimeter (usually a small pipe attached to a metal bulb) or some sort of electronic switch?
I suppose if the sensor does not have an open tube that the Ultraseal could block - then it should work just fine?
Hope someone else has had a similar experience, having actually used it, so we can get a consensus (or at least someone to can blame when it all goes horribly 'pete tong').

At the end of the day, the sensors are about £60, so compared to what you could lose by stacking the bike with a blowout etc, then its worth the risk (thats why I did it)...
Have slime in both the GS12 and Transalp (tubed) and have had no problems at all, in fact when I replaced the last tyre on the Transalp I kept the old tube and installed it in the new tyre, and will do the same in the next couple of weeks. Always carry spare tubes, just incase
