Just come back from a ride on my Adventure after having trouble with the new Tourance tyres I had fitted. I had tk 80s on before and can recommend them.

I've been trying some new tyre pressures and what a joy the bike is to ride. I could not beleave how much the bike has changed from a big pig to a bike I now enjoy riding again.

New tyre pressure 42psi front and 44psi rear :beerjug:

Those are very high pressures  I run 36/42, whish is the recommended passenger & load setting and that seems fine with my (not insubstantial :D) weight on it - Did you arrive at the figures by trial & error or have some other guidance?

Mike:)

i agree - i found tourances to be very sensitive to tyre pressure - my (non-abs) GS will lock up far too easily if the pressures are even slightly above the recommended levels - a really hot day can have them skipping about a bit.
