An event horizon somewhere...
I'm looking to get a set of Tourances for the M.O.T. next wek. Protyre in Enfield are quoting £257 fitted which sems a bit rich, anyone know or recomend someone else who might be offering a more reasonable price.

It's for an 1100GS, standard sizes 110/80 19 front and 150/70 17 rear.

Cheers

a second

recommendation for FWR, they are in Kennington, just south of the War Museum. Your probably looking at the region of £200 - £220 fitted as I believe they're £190 a pair.

Ahh ha, FWR looks like a good bet, i'll ring them in the morning.

Cheers chaps :thumb2

+1 for FWR. I once had them fit a set of Maxxi's to a 1200GS. They were a good tyre for rather less dosh than many.

Contrary to the above ...

... I have only once used FWR despite my office being lass than 100m away; I found them both arrogant and expensive. Stay north of the river and go to Essential Rubber, ring first and order what you want and it's normally available in 24hrs if not in stock.

Not to easy to find, but look up Gillender Street (off the Blackwall Tunnel Northern Approach) and they're in the first industrial estate on your left.

ps - They're immoral too :thumb
