Watling tyres from what I can recall has been very cheap and reliable over the years with their service and tyres. Don't think you would get that much cheaper elsewhere unless you order and fit them yourself

Would you want someone to tell you that you could have had it cheaper?
I have no idea but started to use FWR as they were cheaper than Watling in Catford for ride in/ride out service... My last Tourances and current BT020/021 set were about £25 the pair cheaper....
