Friday evening is perfect for the pub, one seat at the table for myself plus wife please Richard. Any time is good for us to dine.

I'll bring my Ninja electric griller/smoker as a backup plan for outdoor cooking on Saturday and get some chicken thighs to marinade etc plus snacks/nibbles. No doubt we will be well catered amongst ourselves as usual.

If people would like to go to the pub, I can see what I can do about booking a table.

Would Friday evening suit everyone and, if so, at what time?

I think we will go for outdoor eating so no booking required for us, but thanks anyway.

We should be there around 1 pm on Friday.

Outdoor eating at the pub? It can also work for us if it’s dry out and not too chilly.

I guess caring for two hungry Labradors is easier outdoors compared to sitting in a busy pub restaurant.

You read it right, it can be problematic eating in a pub with one of our dogs, lovely as he is.

We are happy to go with the flow really but don't want to spoil it for others.

Our mini schnauzer (RIP) was very food focussed but thankfully was also very intelligent and obedient, that said we were always on our guard if in a food rich environment.

Our Chocolate Labrador is fine, just food focused. Our Black Labrador is very vocal and somewhat nervous, if people come right up to him he is fine, it's when he cannot get to them he barks. Obviously he has to be on a lead at campsites so folk often stay just out of his area.
