I've got a social secretary who deals with that kind of thing and I've no doubt she'll let me know in plenty of time.

I think we're going on the Thursday then home Monday because it's our wedding anniversary on the 31st and she'll expect to do romantic things like cycle up to Gaping Ghyll cave then get lost in the mist and smash wheels up on the limestone pavement. It's that or go for a gentle stroll somewhere and have a quiet lunchtime snack somewhere.

After Gerry and Neil were talking about this last night I have to admit I'm tempted to head south out of the highlands for some southern beer. I'll see if I can get a translator

It's not southern beer down here, it's northern beer, real beer ... very different to the dishwater you call beer up thar in di far norf
