UKGSer 'Dent event' Friday 19th - Sunday 21st May 2017

Micky,

Have a spare much sought after map of route des grandes alpes for the raffle, maybe snapped up quicker than that book I was trying to get rid of for years. :augie

Picture if I can make it work.

Whoooo hoo it worked :bounce1

See you Friday poss Sat am as arriving late as usual, keep up the beer sampling/quality control :beerjug:

Is the camping field associated with one of the pubs or somewhere else? Arriving Friday daytime no doubt cold and wet so want to pitch asap in a quiet 'well' drained spot.

On the way into the village from the Sedbergh direction a few minutes walk from the pubs.
Opposite the site entrance is a heritage museum with tractors outside.

Thanks Andrew ... see you at the weekend. Last years book back on as a raffle prize again. If it doesn't go you can take it back home :D

:beerjug:

Raffle drawn 8pm at the camp site ... winners get to pick the prize that they want :thumby:

High Laning Camp Site ... 200 yards from both pubs :beerjug:

Plenty of space, you'll have to find your own pitch though .... we're not 'allocating' them :D

Hello a late registration for the rally if possible.

(Sorry for the late notice but first I had to finish putting a new clutch in and getting an MoT.)

Dunno if any one is interested....photographers?.... but there is a steam hauled excursion travelling south nearby on Sat 20th....

Kirkby Stephen 15:59
Garsdale 16:14
Blea Moor 16:24
Ribblehead 16:27

Worth a look I'm sure.

Engine is 46115 Scots Guardsman.

So while I'm being accused of being a rude fucker I'm sorting out those now that can't make it for a variety of reasons ...

Weather, injury, business, family ...

Just won a collection only Ebay auction in Sedbergh, so we have to turn up now :aidan

My Saturday ride goes past Ribblehead. I'll see if I can coordinate to be there at 16.27. Just to make things easy...
