UKGSER not working right on Ipad

i'm getting this. have tried clearing the ukgser cookie but not cleared the cache as it's the wife's and she is worried that she won't be able to remember her passwords etc. if i clear the lot.
help appreciated.

Ta, but that didn't work for me.

just tried logging in using Chrome and it's fine so must be an issue with safari.
