In a Remote area apparently.
What would the collective wisdom be on the "ultimate HID kit for my GSA ? 35 or 50W ? obviously the fast ballast is a must, but would you HID the OEM fog lights too ? I have dropped Les at HID 50 an email.

Les will probably sort you out but 50w in the dip beam, 35 will throw a LAMPF fault.

Main beam? I didn't bother. It's bright enough and you can flash the main instantly on original halogens.

I did my fogs as well... LOTS of light...

Wouldnt waste your money on the fog lights. The beam pattern is meant for fog surprisingly so is rubbish for general lighting. Get a pair of hellas or something like that and HID them. You will get far better light than the OEM fogs.

The issue for me is the poor separation between dip and main beam. When dip has the correct down angle, main is too low to give good distance however bright it is. A pair of 3000 lumen LED spots (not fogs) avoid the problem.

I've had a 35 watt hid in my low beam for 4 years, its never thrown a lampf fault, well, except for when a ballast packed up,
50 watt in the standard spots have great visibility for me as well, go for it.

I have 50w HID in dip, 50w fast HID in main, 35w HID in the aux lights and a pair of Hella spots with 50w HID's as well. Well OTT but what the heck.

Well ive ordered the full monty from Mr Wassall of this parish :thumb Didnt go for the HID Conversion on the fogs though....just bought a set of FF50s with the full monty ceramic core thingys  :bow Mr Wassall, very helpfull chap.

Nice move Delboy

Here's mine with Les's 50W Dip / Main, Ceramic core and fast ignite main beam. Fog's are running Mtec Super White Halogens, more for aesthetics than output :)

(Note special guest appearance by Les's schnozzer)

I just added on some Dually spots, that run at 20% 50% (selectable) and 100% on high beam they are the ducks nuts.

whats with the green Predator laser, top right of tyre? best watch your back mate !!

unfortunate reflection through the lens.. No Predator around sadly, they are hard to photograph as they put out sooo much light, about 1500 Lumens per spot light..
