Ultimate HID Kit

les W

Bit late wit this but I have just had my 1st night ride with the LW full monty setup Hella lights and its like driving around on a sunny day.

Hid for the dipped headlight, left the main beam alone, Hella with ceramic thingys everywhere with quick start ballasts, switchable

And most important of all, changed out the side light for an led, that was the game changer for me!!

Kit arrived and after the statutory cuppa and a read through and a day later, all fitted. Minor prob with a fuse blowing, quick call to Les on a Sunday to discuss, uprated the fuse and all good.

Nothing but praise for the neat and tidy way the important bits were already mounted the very clear fitting instruction and the helpful 'phone calls for a couple of tricky bits, good man to do business with.

I just added on some Dually spots, that run at 20% 50% (selectable) and 100% on high beam they are the ducks nuts.

What type are your LED spot lights?
You have a setup Ive been considering but have not jumped in because most LEDs give light over too wide and area so not enough long range. I do like the idea of running low light output with dip beam and full blast with main beam.

Dually led spots, these are standard, you can go to the D2 for silly amount of light. THey are linked to a skene controller. See Gabe at Zenoverland.. :beerjug: he has a good range of the Dually lights.
Dually's are spots, driving or dispersed you pick the model. Gabe stocks the spots but can get the others in a couple of weeks.
They are controlled through a Skene controller (again through Gabe) which using a 3 position switch and a slave to the high beam allows the switching
