Ultraseal for tubed tyres?

Is the something like Ultraseal that can be used as a puncture preventative by injecting in the tubes?

Ultraseal wont work with tubed tyres, I don't know of anything (Sealant) that will apart from a good ol'e puncture repair kit with patches.

Call me old fashioned, but I wouldn't rely on any sealants claims to repair a tubed tyre ........

Q - Can Ultraseal be used in tyres with tubes?

A - Yes!
Ultraseal will seal wounds in both tube and tubeless tyres as long as there is rubber recovery and it is not a dangerous wound.
A tube is not one of man's most ingenious inventions, and is very unreliable. The tube is basically made of rubber and synthetics.
The wall thickness of a tube is not uniform and rubber content is very critical in terms of elasticity and rubber recovery. A tube that does not contain a sufficient amount of natural rubber cannot recover (close up) after sustaining a wound. It is critical that there be rubber recovery to assure a positive secure clot.
By installing Ultraseal into a tube, the problem of punctures can be reduced. The seal in a tube is not permanent. Tubes squirm inside a tyre at high speed if the puncturing object is left in the tyre and tube, it may rip the tube. Then even Ultraseal may not able to help. We commend that nails be removed on a routine basis and the tyres air pressure be maintained at maximum PSI to reduce the squirming.
When a tube is punctured, the size of the wound in the tube may be much larger than the actual puncturing object; also tubes are very susceptible to ripping.

PS yes, I agree, its shyte and I would never fit it to any bike I ride, but that wasn't the question asked

I put it into a tubed Pirelli Scorpion front tyre on my 100GS - because I didn't realise there was a tube in there

It didn't do any harm (and I didn't suffer a puncture, so don't know if it would have worked).

It caused a bit of a laugh when I next took the wheel in to have a new 'tubeless' Pirelli fitted

I've used ultra seal when I used to commute on my honda hornet every day
running around traffic to the front of the lights gets you running through road dirt and nails and screws etc
got a couple of punctures in a couple of months thought I'd give it a try
don't think I ever had a flat again never had to get a puncture repaired again.

I don't use it now as I don't commute anymore, but if you had a slow leak you could find the screw/nail pull it out as air leaked tap area with a hammer and bingo it would seal itself
All I can say is it worked for me

never used on tubed tyre though don't see that working myself

There's Ultraseal and Ultraseal....The company trading as Ultraseal UK no longer sells the original US made Ultraseal product which has been around for 40 years: God knows what they sell but it's now usually marketed as Puncturesafe. Ultraseal UK used to be UK distributors for US Ultraseal but presumably discovered they could make more money by cooking something up themselves.

The original US Ultraseal is represented in the UK by Ultraseal GB. They say that you CAN use it in tubed tyres:
