Unable to Unlock Quest

After selecting maps on \Mapsource and downloading to the Quest, the message "unable to unlock maps" appears followed by"No routing details avilable" or very similar.
Why? My mapsource v. 6 is properly unlocked and registered.
Sugestions, please?

Yosi,

I had the sam eproblem when I upgraded to the free V7 (I have aspare CD if you want it) amd had to call their helpdesk in UK and ended up with emails flying backwards and forwards.... sorted it as I hadn't intuitively clicked the right button when registering it.

I had a similar problem but it turned out that I hadn't ticked the box in the Map Info to select the downloaded maps - doh !

Power up your Quest and once it's finished 'booting up' press the select button twice to bring up the set up menus. Down at the bottom you've got an option for Map Info. Go in there and there is a tick box so you can select the detail maps you've downloaded.

Hope that's it otherwise it's over to Garmin.
