WELL WOT CAN I SAY.

All the thank you's have been said regarding the Hog Roast, but i have to say this. So far this year iv'e enjoyed the Lands End do, the BMF, Picos, the Hog Roast & in Augast its Lahinch, & then in September its Princetown. I'm so proud to be a part of such a special club & meeting so many nice people this past year. At future events, if there is any way i can help out & ease the burden on those who have made all this possible, then please come up & ask me etc. At 55 years of age, the GS club is the best tonic i could have wished for, oh & the bike aint bad either:)

Re: WELL WOT CAN I SAY.

I've already offered my thanks elsewhere but I feel I should add to this thread.

I had a fantastic time and even my wife who was there for Friday only said she'd stay on Saturday as well next year

Great to meet up with "old" mates and make some new ones (although maybe they wont feel that way - you're my bestest mates :o )

Many thanks to all the Burbridges for their efforts :D

See you next year.

Cheers

Dick

ps Oh yeah, the reason I posted was to offer my sincere condolences to Pete. I hope you find band who can keep up with you :D You did well mate, pity you weren't there last year to sing with us ;)

I hope Pythagonals got a band sorted for Lahinch, looking forward to your belated encore if there is. :D

Cheers,
Kev :)

....wish I'd had those new earplugs I ordered at the roast on Saturday a bit sooner ......:D I dunno wot's the world comin' to - Route 66 indeed - what's wrong with the M25 or the A303 ? :P

Great show Albert :thumb - you even excelled on your impromtu Land's End performance that got us kicked out the pub - what ever next ;)

Is Albert related to Deirdre Rachid (née Hunt, previously Langton; previously Barlow)?

:D
