Undeliverable mail?

Over the last few days i've been gettin alot (20 or so a day) notices of undeliverable mail to addreses i don't recognise and for mails I hav'nt sent, is this just another attempt to get me to click on a link and so import a virus, or have I got a virus thats attempting to mail lots of addresses without my knowledge

At the moment I'm just deleting them

Yes. The mail usually has a attachment, and the text usually says something like "undeliverable message attached" or "if this message cannot be displayed please click on attachment".

Frequently they're actually spam that's been sent using your e-mail address as the sender and to an e-mail address that's on some spam mailing list that no longer exists hence the error. I wouldn't be surprised if many people have received spam apparently from yourself. You're just seeing the errors reported where those e-mail addresses don't exist.
