This is a Denali under-beak light bar but TBH it’s a bit disappointing.

It’s only really good for mounting small lights on top as bigger ones foul the beak and large ones hung from it have the beam cropped by the beak.

Any ideas for one that actually does the job properly without sticking out a foot each side?

Made my own. Ally angle, two lengths of thick-wall plastic tube and two lengths of M6 studding, plus nuts & washers.

Lights are tucked in neatly

You could 3D print a carbon/nylon block to lift they lights up, above the beak, then mount the light onto that...

😊 13k miles from new, been to Morocco too.

I do try and look after probably the best all round bike I’ve ever owned.

My second Hexhead and 4th GS since ‘96, I did have a 1250RT but much prefer the TC motor, so much so I also have an RT TC.

They look like my headers. No kidding. That's 56-57k miles. But...I do give them a going over once a year with Autosol. Takes ages (3-4hrs ). But it definitely looks after them
