Unit failing to update.

My connected Ride Navigator is currently on software V1.05 and will not update to software V1.06. I have tried Hard Reset and Factory Reset. Can anyone please shed any light on my predicament?

Hi, did you try to log off from both your app and unit and log in again?
 
Did you resolve this as I have exactly the same issue. I have taken battery out, tried hard reset and still won’t update
 
I tried everything but ended up returning it ......... Another unit on the way.
 
Yes I had a sim in but have found a remedy for it........... Got another unit. :beerjug:
