Don't use the HiVis words or that's going to be another 13 pages of conflict!

In seriousness I have had one for 8 years for night time riding, low light, and training, the reflective strips are very very good, black mesh is tuff as old boots, well made and will last for ever. The mesh doesn't stop your vents working. It's expensive kit but it does last. Don't for one minute think it will make any difference in daylight it won't. But at night this kit is top draw.

Personally, if I was in the market for a hi vis I'd want to prioritise my arms. If you subscribe to the view that you need to be just as visible side-on I'd want something more than this. A tabard/vest side-on gives you very little. I keep a hi vis for wearing in bad weather and other occasions outside biking. It is a 'jacket' made completely of mesh and came from my local workwear shop and goes over the top of whatever clothing I'm wearing at the time.:thumb

Had one for years, for low light night time riding or as tail end Charlie.

Prefer it to the yellow ones.

Now if I could just get Polite written on it.........
