I find the business of removing the battery cover to plug the 660 into the PC for data transfer a right pain in the arse.

I must be missing something, is it only me that finds it annoying.

Has anyone tried using it via a BT, acting as a serial port?

Was going to "upgrade" from 550 but don't think there are any advantages.

I tried it....

it would connect then immediately drop the connection and so far have never managed to get it to work.....

My PC (running Vista) will often drop the connection if I have a microcard in the 660.

No such problem if the microcard is not there.

You can't transfer data to the 660 via Bluetooth.

So what's the problem about taking a waterproof lid off to get to the USB. Am I missing something?

Continued removal and replacement of the cover must eventually cause the seal to be less effective and it is more hassle than the flip-down cover that was employed on the 550.

As for having to remove the battery as well to get at the memory slot - that must have been thought up by a half-wit.

that was exciting, after removing the cover, battery the micro card putting it all back together without the microcard it connected perfectly then I found I couldn't do anything with it, took it all apart put it all back together ....think I will stick to the USB cable so much easier......:D
