USB recommendation

Can anyone recommend a usb thingy that can be connected to the battery and mounted on a Yamaha Fazer 600 so my stepson can plug his phone to use it as a satnav.

If it doesn't have a switch wire it to a switched live. I used one of these on mt daughter's Fazer.
