Hi, having treated myself to a new Nav V and trying to learn and play I've come across this series of videos on an American BMW site. Yes you have to get mast the Southern drawl and occasionally he confuses himself but all in all the man has spent a lot of time and effort in successfully helping others. It is window based but still gives a rough guide on the approach for Mac and what the system can do.
