My mate sent me a link to a website CLICKHERE Get Human Dot Com
I have been having problems with my Sky Broadband/Phone/TV.
My Wireless Router is faulty and on 21st January they agreed to send out a replacement.
Nothing arrived so I phoned them back and they had no record of my query apart from it had been logged that I phoned on 21/1/10.
They messed me about and said that they would have to troubleshoot it via our Laptop (Which she had in work doing a presentation).
I used the link and Emailed Sky's CEO Mr Jeremy Darroch and let him know about the poor service I was experiencing.
Low and behold I got a reply today and the replacement Wireless Router is in the post
