V100 Stelvio - Under Seat Switched Live

Rewiring my Denali's with a Trigger Wizard...
I had previously used my Thunderbox for power (DialDim, GPS, heated Grips etc) , but now I need a switched live feed for the Denali Trigger Wizard...
Loads of superseal under the seat but they're all CANBUS controlled, so don't work unless an accessory (eg heated seat) is plugged in..,. The Trigger Wizard does not have the necessary to "activate" them.
Anyone know a source for a switched live? (i.e. ignition on)

Hi Martin. Back of the USB socket on the bars. Wired my Sat nav into this on both the Mandello and Stelvio.

Slightly off topic but where did you mount the sat nav on the Mandello? On the bar clamps,on a Ram mount or above the TFT display?

They are good, but the first generation were not strong enough and they cracked (don't ask how I know :) ) They have a revised version now and the chap who runs it sent out the revised version FOC to everyone who had the Gen1

It still vibed a little bit to much for me though when I had an XT2 mounted to it, and so I abandoned the setup and went for a Chigee system with the bar mount.

Oh and there's the USB socket at the back for a switched live also, which is where I took mine from to trigger the Chigee.

I have ordered the USB for the rear of the bike, it'll be useful for charging my phone in the tail bag... 👍👍
I put my meter on the USB super seal connector, and it shows 4.2v without the USB adapter plugged in (same as the super seal socket for the heated seat without the seat plugged in). So I've ordered the relevant parts....

Ah,thankyou for the info (y) Interesting also that people splice into the cable at the back of the usb socket,guess that's better than having a plug in the front although it's neater of course!

For anyone it helps...

The instructions for the USB accessory socket on the Mandello (P5) AND the Stelvio (P8) are here:

Note that the Stelvio (UK spec) already has as standard a USB on the front, but the one for the rear is an "extra".

It appears that the bare superseal connectors supplied for the addition of accessories run at 4.2v when the ignition is ON, but with no accessory plugged in. They then "see" the accessory (i.e. heated seat, USB socket etc) and then go to 12v. I assume the heated grips socket is the same, but I have Oxford Grips on mine, powered (with the GPS (Zumo XT)) thru a ThunderBox.
