valve clearances

[r100/7]

i would like to not the right valve clearances for a r100gs 1993
is the inlet 0.10mm and the exhaust 0.20mm

I do mine at 4 thou inlet and 8 thou exhaust when the engine is cold!!.
this is nothing to do with heat expansion or any nurdy things like that?,
