Vamos ! 🇵🇹

Does this place of wonder have a name and address, by any chance?
The name of the place is A Lareira

You are welcome.

Amazing what a simple goole image search is capable off.
Took me all but 3 minutes to find trip advisor reviews page, to copy and paste the name and address of the establishment into Goggle maps and to link it on here.

Reviews seem to be suggesting that the service is a bit naff and that the place is stuck in stone ages.

Probably reviewed by moaning vegetarians.
We didn’t bother checking reviews as it was packed full of locals - always a good sign . But I see its number 3 out of 24 restaurants on Twat Advisor

I can! That’s why I am asking. Thought it was a typo.

Thank you.

Agreed, Google, mixed with a bit of surfing and / or street view is pretty easy. It also creates a tiny bit of adventure (with a very small ‘a’).

Great morning so far .
Left Bragança and in Spain within 30 minutes . We entered via a tiny village with cobbled streets

Then over the hills

Plebs de Sanabria

Them on to the utterly stunning ZA125/LE125 which starts just east of Puebla de Sanabria and runs for about 45 miles northeast up to La Baneza.

We rode it down a few days ago but for some reason it’s better going NE .

It really is like a race track , perfect tarmac and 60 mph bends with perfect camber . Almost traffic free and half a dozen villages in 45 miles .

I’ve ridden it about four times but it was wet last time . Today it’s blue skies and 22 degrees .

The perfect morning .

RedRick’s N112 in Serra de Estrela was good but this is much better .

One of the finest stretches of tarmac in the world

I have ridden that road and whilst I admit it is very good my preference is still the N112

And having said that the best road in the world for me is the N221 along the Douro valley

I have also ridden into pueblo de Saab on the road you used and it is interesting for sure but not as good as the 925

Good luck getting through or round Ponferada which often turns into a nightmare as they close roads for markets etc
