I recently bought a 60 plate Adventure and then a Vario back box separately.
Then found it wont fit on the Adventure. OK so call my friendly local BM dealer who broke the news to me that I have to change the whole rear carrier assembly and replace it with the one from the standard GS at a £ hundreds!
I did some hunting about and found the solution with Mark at Cymark who made a custom mounting plate that takes the Vario mounting plate and fits on to the Adventure rack. And no paying BM dealer a fortune and having a load of redundant fittings in the garage. RESULT
