Vario lock tumblers anyone?

Hi I’m looking for some spare 2’s and 3’s to rekey the vario top box I picked up on here. Anybody got any lying around or know where I could get some other than dealer who will charge me lots? Thanks.

Went to a Motarrad dealer, they had a box in the workshop full of assorted lock bits
They put a selection in a bag for me free

Asked mine, they only offered £23 for complete lock kit
