Can anyone recommend an after market supplier of pannier and box liners for BMW Vario luggage ?

£130 For Bags!! Must have more money than sense!

Measure internal dimensions of panniers and then buy small sports holdalls that fit. Thats what I did, total cost of bags for my panniers £20.

You really do need to think outside of the box (or pannier)

Strange i've hust been looking at the Sportstouring ones but only want the top and right hand one,; so i'll give them a call tomorrow. They have them on Ebay for sale at £79 per pair.

I've always used "Mane Event" for inner bags as per "Rick" above - reasonable price, and do the job. Match the Varios by zipping out a gusset (oooh missus).

I just saved £140 on the price of my new helmet, so of course i can afford it, at least I have convinced myself of that :thumb

reckon the OEM inner bags are the best - expensive but worth it in the long term

These are pretty good, waterproof, really cheap, - come with a lifetime 'no quibble' replacement guarantee and have a clever design which allows them to fit together in an infinite number of combinations so you can separate your dirty kecks from your clean t-shirts from your wash-bag etc.......

***** Highly Recommended

We use Exped Shrink Drybags. Can't recommend them highly enough. Cheap, light, waterproof, and they don't take up any extra space. http://www.facewest.co.uk/Exped-Shrink-Drybag.html The 'small' terracotta ones are a good size for the Vario luggage.
Great idae for holidays but not much good for me if I want to pack my work suit, shirt and tie etc as they will come out looking like I have slept in them. Also I need a bag for laptop, paperwork etc so something more presentable is needed in the office. For trips these sound good though.

... and you're thinking of packing them in motorcycle pannier liners????

Suggest you take your work suit into the nearest dry cleaners and, when collected, leave it hanging on supplied hanger in the office.

... And, yes, the Exped bags are good for "holidays". In fact, they were good enough for a 6 week tour around the US and, due to careful packing, our clothes did not look as if we had slept in them. To serious travellers, I can also recommend the use of Musto roll bags, which are tough enough to withstand being checked in as hold luggage but have no rigid parts so, on arrival, pack down into their own holdall.

I just went to Millets and bought large waterproof inner bags/liners for rucksacks by EuroHike - work a treat in the GSA luggage...
