Vario Panniers For a 2004 GS1200R

Hi All

I am selling my luggage on fleabay and a gentleman has asked if the panniers will fit his bike, not knowing enough about them myself I though one of you knowledgeable folks might know.
So the question is will Vario panniers from a 2006 GS fit a 2004 GS and will he need the brackets aswell?
