Ventura luggage

Has anyone on here used Ventura luggage on their GS1200 ?
I use it on my current bike but don't want to give the bag away if it'll work on a GS even with the original panniers & topbox in place.

Another quick 1, how easy is it to fit a topbox instead of the pillion seat on a 2010 GS1200 ? Any photo's ?

Hey Mark,

Have no experience with Ventura. If you're handy; mounting a top box in the pillion location will be a snap.

Mark, I have a ventura rack and bag system fitted to my '06 GS. I have standard GS panniers and the standard GS rack. As I carry my wife as pillion when touring we strap another bag onto the standard rack so the ventura bag is well behind the rear axle so you need to keep it as light as possible with heavier items in the panniers or the tank bag.
