Not sure if this is the right place for this but I have a set of Vern’s Worldbeater side panniers and frames I used on my 1150GSA which I recently sold.

I paid extra to have the expanded lids fitted and these have been incredible boxes. Left side box has a linear mark as per photos but Vern had already inspected this. They are used but great condition.

Now looking to sell, what price should I be listing them at? Photos of them on my old friend…

excellent boxes, but the market for them has diminished somewhat and that effects the price. when Vern started doing these, he was the main guy in UK as the major manufacturers had not yet got onto the bandwagon. now loads of choice and cost has gone down. mine are now on the 3rd bike with an adapter plate to use with a s1000xr. i would say 3-400 as you can get varios for that price and not need any adaption to fit them

Yebbut the quality of the build on these is far far better than anything else you can get. :thumb2
Worth every penny in my opinion.
I was after a set of these for ages but none came up for sale so I ended up with some Jessie ones instead from Jonnyboxer.

You say that, but mine torched the contents of my left pannier, at the start of my USA trip, and they both consistently leaked*. Given that the purpose of panniers is to keep your kit safe and dry (something my Jesse's always have done), I must take issue with your statement on build quality (or at least as to design).
I wouldn't have them as a gift.

I'd suggest they'd probably sell for £500 or so - plenty of Vern fanboys on here... :D

*I should point out that these were fitted by Vern personally. He also took them back, damaged as they were, at the end of the trip and refunded my purchase price.
