How do I embed a video (.mov) in a forum post?

How do I embed a video (.mov) in a forum post?

Upload it to YouTube/Photbucket (I think they allow video), copy the embed code from the site that you upload it to (with YouTube you can right click on the video and there's an option to copy the code), and paste that into a post on here
