Thread on here about the Brighton dealership reminded me of something.
Back in my SM riding days I went into Vines to look at a GS. I'll admit I can't have looked over-prosperous on a battered SXV and associated hoolie clobber.
Anyway, long story short - total disinterest. Guy went through the motions, allowed me to test a GS (but, oddly, said the GSA was booked out when, clearly, it wasn't), disinterestedly offered me 3p for my my bike whilst taking mb phone calls from other people and that was that. I said - tell you what, give me a call when the GSA is available to ride. Never heard from them again in any way.
Since then I"ve bought a new Guzzi Stelvio, a K1200S and a GSA.
