You may be aware that I had some "fun" with Vines Guildford re. getting the right level of attention for my R1200GS sidestand weld mount snapping problem (plus a couple of other things).
I am v. happy to report that I have since received top service from the guys at Vines, and am happy to give the nod to Damien in the service department who now practices the sort of customer service that I expect, Anton in parts, and Duncan Bell who made the right moves to sort me out.
So, I've gone from "wouldn't ever get my bike serviced there ever again" to "that's better, 6k service coming up, better get it booked in".
