Folks,

Looking to service the big K and the clutch is Vitamol V10 mineral oil. I can't find the spec for it, but I have found

Valvoline LHM plus which is also a minieral oil >>here<< Or Halfords also do a LHM oil

Are these the same as the Vitamol V10 ??

LHM [developed by Castrol] better known as
"Citroen Blood" bright green !!!!

Also used by Rolls Royce for rear self levelling :thumb2

magura do a suitable mineral fluid.

If using a different fluid you must completely flush the old fluid out. They don't react well when mixed. Including the different bmw vitamol fluids.
It's why they've changed the colour from yellow to blue to red. So you can't mix them up.

I couldn't find the Magura stuff locally I seen mentioned before

Magura Royal Blood mineral oil I think its called

I was planning on flushing the brake (DOT4) and clutch systems thoroughly, and do a general 48k service on the beasty
