Both are available here, plus aload of cruisers....far too expensive to import my adv, so looking for a fun bike !
I know the gs has steering head bearing faults, and the Vmax has an "O" ring problem - but.....but..... i dunno

If it's posing or fast blasts, obviously the Vmax.....

If it's for day to day go anywhere transport, the Dakar......

Depends on what ya need it for and the roads you'll be using it on








PS The Vmax screams 'mid life crisis', but don't let that put you off

nice looking v max

make sure it`s full power, has the v boost, well made bike, funny riding position, had around eight of them. Sold the last one around 2 months ago, they now give me cramp in my legs, otherwise it would still be here

Yep!...Bikes in retirement (in a bar!). must be a couple of years now?.... anyway ref the Vmax..stunning bike, but as fanum notes, some of the roads here are not for high performance stuff.. on the other hand the local American contingent are riding Harleys, Dragstars, Shadows and Honda steeds.....ummmmmm!
