Volunteer Riders needed

We have SERV groups running across East Anglia and could all benefit from more volunteer riders. We run out of hours courier services for NHS hospitals carrying blood, blood products, samples, info and small bits of equipment.

Norfolk - that's my patch. We have dedicated, liveried bikes about to roll. We have a team of riders but need more, sepecially in the South West of the county.

Suffolk - Bev is curremtly running in Suffolk but needs riders in Cambridshire too, especially around Cambridge as Addenbrookes is out regional blood centre. This group currently uses volunteers own bikes.

SERV Essex is run by Carol. She needs riders and night control help.

I'm happy to pass on contact info for the other counties or mail you some stuff for Norfolk.

Anyhoo, Dave-O (aka Dosman) is a top chap, so hopefully he'll be on board.

I too would like to volunteer, so will follow linky, but I was thinking more Norfolk TBH, even tho I be Lowstuff based, as Nodge is a rather nearer than Ipshit or Bury (me).

My friend is a volunteer down in Gloucester and has been dropping hints I should volunteer. Nothing around here though - none set up as yet.

Would love to get involved in something like this, especially as I just passed my IAM test. Unfortunately I reside on the other side of the pond in Northern Ireland and alas we don't have a group.
